John T Dixon, Jr. is a Disabled Army Veteran and traditional comic book inker. He was born and raised in New Bern, North Carolina but moved to Wilmington NC in 2013. He started inking in 2011 when he saw that his military disabilities were no longer going to allow him to do his Engineering Technician job at Cherry Point. Growing up, John gained his love of comic books when he would go shrimping on weekends with his Dad. His Dad would always stop at the local gas station to get supplies and would buy John comics so he wouldn't be bored on the boat. His grandfather was also a pen and ink artist so John decided to fuse his love of comics with his grandfather's hobby, so becoming a comic book inker was his natural choice of hobbies. He has inked comic books for many different companies and is always looking for new projects. His past projects include: Writer/Artist: Good Medal Award for Children's Book "Mommy, What Is A POW/MIA?" (2008) Inker: World War II #4 - Red Leaf Comics (2014) Sadistic #1, #2 - Insane Comics (#3 is in progress) (2015,2016) We Scream - Insane Comics (2015) Insane Asylum - Insane Comics (2016) The Angel Wars - UWS Comics (2017) Military Consultant: ROGUE. - Insane Comics (2017) Future Projects Include: UWS#4 - UWS Comics (Summer 2017) Raising Abel - Dark Shot Comics (Summer 2017) View all posts by JTDixonInks
